I discovered the life-changing power of yoga in 2015 as an alternative treatment for my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and re-connected with my mind and body. I realized the benefits of yoga could help other veterans and individuals throughout the community and decided to become an instructor. In 2016, I completed my 200-Hour Yoga teacher training. I believe the practice of yoga empowers and builds resilience and encourage all individuals to try.
